What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently adapt our local delivery service to deliver our packages. That is, the public transport delivery service popularly known as VIP Parcel Service.

We also us FedEX/IAS to ship our products to your doorstep.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

With VIP Parcel Service, it takes as long as the journey from our shipping region to where you are located. For example, if you shipping address states Accra, you should have your package in 4 – 5 hours after it has been delivered to the VIP Parcel office.

For FedEX/IAS, irrespective of your location in Ghana, you should receive your package within 48 hours of shipping.

How come my status shows pending payment even after a successful payment?

This could be an order status delay. Please check your account after 24 hours. If the status still is still “pending” after 24 hours, please contact us and we will forward your issue to our Payments team.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order on the order tracking page or your account page. Simply provide your order ID and email and you will have the tracking information of your package.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

Yes, you need an account to place an order. This enables us collect information about who we are selling to and where to send the package once you have purchased on our website.
